This Privacy Policy explains how StarEDGE Networks, Inc., together with its applicable subsidiaries and controlled affiliates operating under the StarEDGE brand (collectively, ‘StarEDGE,’ ‘we,’ ‘us,’ or ‘our’) collects, uses, discloses, transfers, retains, and otherwise processes personal information in connection with our websites, customer portals, connectivity services, equipment and hardware, support activities, events, marketing, and other commercial products and services (collectively, the "Services").

The specific StarEDGE entity responsible for a particular website, product, service, transaction, or processing activity may vary depending on the applicable contracting entity, service offering, customer location, and jurisdiction. Where applicable law requires a specific legal entity to be identified as the controller or business responsible for personal information, that entity is the StarEDGE entity that determines the purposes and means of the relevant processing or that is otherwise identified in the applicable contract, order, notice, or local supplement.

1. Personal Information We Collect

• Identifiers and contact information, such as name, business contact details, account identifiers, billing and shipping address, and, where required for a transaction, tax or similar identifiers.
• Account and support information, such as login information, account preferences, support requests, service tickets, and communications with us.
• Transaction and financial information, such as order, invoice, payment status, and payment-method information processed by us or our payment providers.
• Device, service, and network information, such as terminal or equipment identifiers, IP address, MAC address where applicable, connection timestamps, bandwidth utilization, service diagnostics, performance metrics, and installation or service-location information.
• Website and online activity information, such as browser and device information, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, interactions, referral sources, and similar analytics information.
• Marketing and event information, such as communications preferences, event registration details, and engagement with our marketing materials.

2. Connectivity and Captive Portal Data

When you access connectivity services through a captive portal, vessel, facility, customer location, or managed network, we may process technical and usage information necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and administer the service. This may include device identifiers, session and connection data, bandwidth usage, access times, network performance and diagnostic data, and location-related information where relevant to service delivery.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own cross-context behavioral advertising where prohibited by law. Where a disclosure constitutes a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable U.S. state privacy law, we provide the rights and opt-out mechanisms required by that law.

Because the StarEDGE operates internationally, personal information may be processed in countries other than the country where it was collected. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, which may include adequacy decisions, approved contractual clauses, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

11. Exercising Your Rights

We may need information reasonably necessary to locate records, verify a request where verification is permitted or required, or confirm an authorized agent's authority. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Requests to opt out of sale or sharing are processed under the shorter timelines required by applicable law and do not require a verifiable consumer request where prohibited.

12. Children

Our commercial websites and Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us improperly, please contact us.

13. Marketing Communications

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the message. For recurring SMS marketing, where offered, you may opt out by replying STOP. Transactional or service-related communications may continue where necessary to administer your account or Services.
