Terms of Use

These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of websites, portals, pages, content, and online functionality operated by or on behalf of StarEDGE Networks, Inc., together with its applicable subsidiaries and controlled affiliates operating under the StarEDGE brand (collectively, ‘StarEDGE,’ ‘we,’ ‘us,’ or ‘our’) (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Relationship to Customer Agreements

These Terms govern use of the Site. They do not replace or modify any master services agreement, service order, activation order, terms and conditions, equipment purchase terms, or other written agreement governing products or services purchased from StarEDGE entity. If there is a conflict, the applicable customer agreement controls with respect to the relevant products or services.

2. Eligibility and Authority

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. Purchases or transactions may be subject to additional eligibility, sanctions, export-control, credit, service-availability, or geographic requirements.

3. Permitted Use

StarEDGE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Site for lawful business or personal purposes consistent with these Terms. You may not use the Site in a way that violates law, infringes rights, interferes with operation or security, or attempts to gain unauthorized access.

4. Accounts and Credentials

If the Site permits account access, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use or compromise.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, software, photographs, product information, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to StarEDGE or its affiliates and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited Site-use right expressly stated in these Terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Use the Site for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Introduce malware, malicious code, or automated traffic that materially degrades the Site.
• Circumvent access controls or security measures or probe systems without authorization.
• Scrape, copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit Site content except as permitted by law or written authorization.
• Misrepresent identity, affiliation, authorization, products, or services.
• Use the Site in violation of applicable sanctions, export controls, telecommunications rules, or other law.

7. Orders, Quotes and Online Information

Product descriptions, pricing, availability, specifications, and other Site information may change and may contain errors. We may correct errors and reject or cancel an order where permitted by applicable law or the governing transaction documents. A Site submission, quote request, or order does not create a binding service commitment unless accepted in accordance with the applicable customer or transaction documents.

8. Third-Party Sites and Services

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party services, including payment, shipping, installation, analytics, customer-support, or upstream connectivity providers. StarEDGE is not responsible for third-party websites or practices except to the extent required by applicable law or an applicable agreement.

Our collection and processing of personal information through the Site is described in the StarEDGE Privacy Policy and related privacy notices.

10. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES REGARDING UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, ACCURACY OF SITE CONTENT, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT A WARRANTY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED OR IS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STAREDGE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED.

12. Governing Law and Forum

Unless an applicable written agreement provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising solely from use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, unless applicable law requires another forum.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
