This notice supplements the StarEDGE Privacy Policy and applies to residents of U.S. states that provide comprehensive consumer privacy rights. It applies to personal information collected by StarEDGE Networks, Inc., together with its applicable subsidiaries and controlled affiliates operating under the StarEDGE brand (collectively, ‘StarEDGE,’ ‘we,’ ‘us,’ or ‘our’) where the applicable state privacy law applies.

We may disclose these categories to service providers, contractors, StarEDGE entities, upstream connectivity or technology providers, business partners, and governmental or legal authorities as described in the StarEDGE Privacy Policy. We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the applicable purposes and legal requirements.
2. Sale, Sharing and Targeted Advertising
Depending on our website configuration and the technologies in use, certain disclosures of identifiers, cookie information, or online activity to advertising or analytics partners may be considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable state law even where no money is exchanged. Where required, you may opt out through the 'Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information' or equivalent privacy-choice link, the cookie preference center, a recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control where applicable, or by contacting us.

California residents may request information regarding categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, sources, purposes, and categories of third parties to whom information is disclosed, sold, or shared, subject to applicable law. California residents may also request deletion and correction and may opt out of sale or sharing.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age without the authorization required by law.
5. How to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing
Use the 'Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information' link or equivalent privacy-choice mechanism on our website, send an opt-out email request to compliance@staredge.com, or call +1 954 906-6076. We will process a valid California opt-out request as soon as feasibly possible and no later than fifteen (15) business days after receipt, as required by applicable law. We do not require a verifiable consumer request for an opt-out request, although we may request information reasonably necessary to identify the consumer or browser/device associated with the request.
6. Other Privacy Requests and Verification
For requests to know/access, delete, correct, or obtain portability, we may use a reasonable verification process consistent with applicable law. We may require an authorized agent to provide evidence of authority and may directly confirm authorization with the consumer where permitted. We will respond within the period required by the applicable state law, subject to permitted extensions.

Where applicable state law provides an appeal right, you may appeal a denied request by replying to our decision or contacting compliance@staredge.com with the subject line 'Privacy Appeal.' We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
